We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Since each item is made especially for you, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered when an item arrives damaged, an item is missing from your order, or the wrong item is sent. If anything like that happens, reach out with photos so we can take care of it quickly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
